Approximately 12-15 weeks
The time frame from order day to shipping day is approximately 12-15 weeks. As they say Rome wasn’t built in a day and neither is a custom-made Contrail Model.
Once into shipping we will provide tracking info so you will know exactly when that arrival day is. Packed in foam all you must do is unpack and gently place the wings on and attach to stand and display.
If you want your stand customized, we can do that too. Add your position and name. Examples, A320 Captain John Doe, B737 First Officer John Doe.
Creating a Customized Aircraft Model
At Contrail Models we start with a block of wood and then hand carve it spending several hours in its initial form. Once it’s true to scale whether it’s a A320 a B727,747, C172 or Gulfstream 650 its then readied for the next step and that’s painting and decaling bringing this wood to life in memories. If you would like a natural wood and varnished look model, ask us and we can make that as well creating a nice statement piece in any home or office.
Our small factory in the Philippines has been carving and detailing aircraft for over 25 years now. With its location it makes it very easy to have models shipped via FedEx or DHL and delivered to your doorstep.
